Photo Product Search privacy policy for Shopify.

This policy describes how IntellyCode handles store data and shopper-uploaded images for the Shopify version of Photo Product Search.

Service data

The app processes store product metadata and product image URLs so it can index the catalog and return visually similar products inside the Shopify storefront.

Shopper-uploaded search images are processed to produce search results and may generate limited service logs for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Infrastructure

IntellyCode may use hosting, database, email, and billing providers to run the service. This may include providers such as Vercel, Neon, Render, Resend, and Shopify-managed billing infrastructure.

Retention

Catalog records are retained while the merchant account remains active or until deletion is requested. Search uploads are intended to be processed transiently rather than stored as permanent customer media.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for any storefront notices, consent mechanisms, or policy updates required by the laws that apply to their business and customers.
